His burger is 10 ounces of hormone free sirloin topped with short rib and lobster marmalade. OMG, I can’t wait to savor that combination! And the French Fries are tossed with truffle oil, how very Français!

Evengy Kissin was born in 1971 in Russia and was considered a child prodigy. He is celebrated for his interpretations of the music by the Romantic composers Frédéric Chopin and Franz Liszt.
Kissin plays mostly within the Romantic repertoire, music written and composed during the 19th century.
